Pista Shell Switch board art The next time you eat pista do not throw the shells.I repeat do not throw.You can do many simple art with those shells and give a new colourful look to your home. One such art which I tried is switch board art. Its very easy and also looks cute.As you may have noticed around you , trees dont have a definite shape or structure and so anybody can draw the tree.That is the beauty of nature.  First of all after eating wash the shells and let it dry. Then select shells which are flat so that it can easily stick on the wall.Paint the shells with your favourite colours and let it dry. If you are not comfortable painting then start off by drawing a rough sketch of the tree with a pencil.You can always erase it if you aren't happy with it and then use a thin brush to paint it.I used water colours to paint the tree and the beaks of the birds. Panda Switch Board Art I wanted to make a card for my fiancee and was browsing through the net to get some ideas. That is when I came across a pin in Pinterest. Though I had come across Pinterest before I hadn't given much thought about it.It didn't let me open many things without creating an account.Well I was in need of ideas and running out of time to explore my creative side and come up with my own ,so I created an account. I'm hooked to Pinterest since then. Everyday I open it and scroll through the pins which comes up on my feed.Sometimes I lose track of time.I have tried a couple of pins. Recently, switch board art concept caught my eye and I wanted to try it out very badly.The same day I went and bought paints and a brush. This is the panda switch board art which I got inspired from Pinterest and did in my room.
